Rebein is one of a group of lawyers representing most of the nation's natural gas pipeline owners in a gas mismeasurement class action case. Rebein was selected to argue on behalf of the Defendants against, among others, David Boise. Boise was vice-president Al Gore's attorney in the Florida ballot challenges and was also involved in the Microsoft
antitrust case.

represented a teenage client and his family in a personal injury and wrongful death suit. The teen was driving to school for an early morning practice when his car was hit by a pickup driver who was cited for running a stop sign. The teen's passenger-father later died.

off of a 50-foot pole during a storm. The employee underwent a multi-level spine fusion and returned to work, where the company ordered him to end his career behind a desk.
