Born and raised on the High Plains, David Rebein has represented individuals and companies ranging from the world's largest agri-businesses to small businesses and individual men and women. He has also been involved in several high profile international class action suits. David has been a steady, consistent and visible presence in the High Plains' legal arena. He has helped both individuals and companies with complex legal matters ranging from commercial vehicle accidents to international class action suits.
David has advocated for his clients in both the state and federal court systems, arguing many times before the Kansas Supreme Court. He has practiced in many areas of law, including business, estate, probate, criminal and civil litigation.
David has been active in the legal profession. He was elected President of the Kansas Bar Association in 2006. He served on the Kansas Supreme Court Nominating Commission from 2002-2006 where he worked to help select candidates to fill open positions on the Kansas Court of Appeals and Kansas Supreme Court. He has served as President of the Kansas Association of Defense Counsel and has presented dozens of programs throughout the state of Kansas for lawyers and non-lawyers alike. He has served the Kansas Bar Association, Kansas Association of Defense Counsel, the Ford and Southwest Kansas Bar Associations and many other legal organizations in various capacities.
Dave has also been recognized as an outstanding lawyer in The Best Lawyers in America, for his work in the areas of business litigation and personal injury. He has been named in The Guide to America's Leading Business Lawyers as one of Kansas' top business litigators.
