David Rebein
For over 20 years, David has been a steady, consistent and visible presence in the High Plains' legal arena. He has helped both individuals and companies with complex legal matters ranging from commercial vehicle accidents to job harassment to international class
action suits.
David has advocated for his clients in both the state and federal court systems, arguing many times before the Kansas Supreme Court.
He has practiced in many areas of the law, including business,
estate,
probate, criminal and civil litigation.
David has also given invaluable service to the legal profession in many ways over the years.
His contributions were recognized by his peers this year when he was elected Vice President of the Kansas Bar Association.
Last year, he was appointed to the Kansas Supreme Court Nominating Commission where he works to help select candidates to fill open positions on the Kansas Court of Appeals and the Kansas Supreme Court. He has served the Kansas Bar Association, Kansas Association of Defense Counsel, the Ford and Southwest Kansas Bar Associations and
many other legal organizations in various
capacities.
Dave has also been recognized as an outstanding lawyer in
The Best Lawyers in America, for his work in the areas of business litigation and personal injury. He was recently named in
The Guide To America's Leading Business Lawyers as one of Kansas's top 10
litigators.
